Colour: Light orange coat, with solid black spots, rings on it tail and white uderside.
Lifespan: 7 to 14 years
Sexing: Dimorphic, the male is slightly larger and has a larger head than the female.
Distribution: Central to southern Africa and northern Iran
Habitat: Savannah, open bush and forest.
Threats: Vulnerable in wild.
